As many of you may have noticed, large and bulk items are continually being dumped at the Community dumpsters.
We cannot stress enough that the trash dumpsters are for household trash only. Please do not dispose of your furniture, electronics, or mattresses in these dumpsters, as Fennel Containers will not be able to dump these items. If you have any large items like the ones listed above, please bring them to the dump directly. All of this is to ensure that assessments stay down, as there are additional fees to dispose of these large items.
If you see someone from outside the Community illegally dumping, please take down their license plate and vehicle information and report it to CMG immediately at (843) 795-8484 ext. 330 so we may contact the authorities to take the appropriate action.
