At the recent 2010 Annual Meeting, the members approved the Pineland Heights operating budget for 2011. The 2011 annual assessment has been set at $65.00 per month. This is an increase of $2.50 from last year's assessment. Your 2011 assessment will due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 15th of the month.
Your 2011 special Insurance Assessment will be sent out in February. It will be due March 1st and considered late after the 30th.
