We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the special insurance assessment amount for 2011 has been set at $506.00 for the year. This assessment is necessary Per Article XI, Section 5 of the covenants for Pineland Heights. Regrettably, the 2011 special insurance assessment is higher than in past years due to the fact that two fire claims were made in 2010.
As a friendly reminder, your special insurance assessment is due on the first (1st) of March, and considered late after the thirtieth (30th) of March.
