As a friendly reminder, each parking lot provides two parking spaces per unit. We ask that you please refrain from using your neighbor's parking spot as additional parking for your guests. Furthermore, trailers, boats, and rvs/campers are not allowed to be stored in the Community parking lots. We ask that you please store these items at an offsite storage facility.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a notice from the Association and the possible imposition of fines on your account. All of this is to ensure the ease and flow of traffic, and the availability of parking spaces for all vehicles at the Community.
