As a friendly reminder, we ask that you do not store items in the front of your unit. All items should be stored in the back of the unit in your storage shed, or in a neat manner. All garbage bags should be brought to the Community dumpsters in a timely manner, and not left to sit in front or back of your unit. Furthermore, miscellaneous items such as toys, bikes, etc. should also be stored at the back of your unit and should not be visible from the street.
Furthermore, boats and trailers are not allowed to be stored at the Community. Instead, they must be stored at an offsite storage facility.We appreciate your cooperation with these matters. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
