Community Discussion Meeting

Pineland Heights Owners Association will be holding a brief discussion meeting on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 6:00 pm at the Goose Creek Rural Fire Department off Redbank Rd.

This will be a short, 50-60 minute meeting for discussion of three topics, and for no other purpose. This will not include an owner Q&A forum. Members are encouraged to contact Community Management Group with questions, comments and concerns regarding these discussion topics and any other Association matter. Adults only please, during Association Meetings.

Topic 1: Paving the parking lots with discussion of a possible special assessment of $1200-$1500 per unit.

Topic 2: Crime and crime prevention on Pine Shadow Drive. Possible added cost to homeowners for security officer or equipment($10,000-$30,000). We hope to have Berkeley County Sheriff’s Dept. folks on hand to answer questions/concerns……………..

Topic 3: Constructing an 8ft fence between buildings nearest the mail box kiosks. Cost and reasons for fence.
