Water Line Leaks

As a friendly reminder, water line leaks are the maintenance responsibility of each individual homeowner. The Association will be conducting water line inspections in the following weeks and will be notifying homeowners of lines we suspect of leaks. The Association will require that these lines be checked by a licensed plumber immediately to ensure that these leaks do not compromise the parking lots or townhome foundations.
